Reports and Photos for the Newsletter and Website

Please use the u3a Officers page in Beacon to send news items and photos for the newsletter and website. Tick the boxes next to Assistant Newsletter Editor and Web Manager, and use the message template called Newsletter – News Item.

Keep to 300 words or less for Newsletter reports. Longer reports can be published on the website.

It helps if you re-name photos in a consistent format and compress large photos to a manageable size as described in Appendix G of the Convenors Support Pack below.
