Tai Chi is a gentle form of mind and body exercise. You will need loose clothing and soft footwear (eg plimsoll or trainer).

Sessions currently cost £5 but this can fluctuate depending on attendance numbers. Payment is by card.

The group is very friendly and welcomes new members.
