| Venue: | Carlton Pentecostal Church |
The General Meeting takes place at Carlton Pentecostal Church on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Doors open at 10:00am ready for a 10:30am start. Come along to hear all the latest details about Interest Group activities, sign up for future Events and chat with fellow u3a members. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits are available.
Most months there is a guest speaker and one or more of the Interest Groups put on a display where you can find out more about that group's activities and have a chance to talk to some of the group. In June and December the meeting is more of a social event.

In the Event of Bad Weather
If the weather or driving conditions are bad on the day of a General Meeting, there is a possibility that we may decide to cancel the meeting. If that happens we will post a very obvious notice on the website and email all our members. If in doubt please check those before setting out from home. If you do not have an email address, you may ring our U3A number 0778 742 7200 and speak to a member of the committee.
