If you are a current member of Carlton & Gedling u3a you may register to use the Members Portal where you can:
- View information about Interest Groups and add yourself to or remove yourself from Groups (see 10.2.2)
- View the Calendar and personalise it for the Groups that you belong to (see 10.2.3)
- View and update your Contact Details (see 10.2.4)
- Renew your Membership online (see 10.2.1)
Register to use the Members Portal
Read the guidance notes below before pressing the button to register:
On the first occasion that you access the Portal (only) ignore the email and password boxes and click Register for a membership account. Then enter the following 5 pieces of information:
- Your Membership number
- Your Forename
- Your Surname
- Your Post Code
- Your email address
After doing that you will be asked to enter a password of your choosing. You will then be emailed a link to complete the process.

Sign in to the Members Portal
Once you have registered for a Portal account, any time you wish to sign in to the Portal you will just need to enter your email address and password.
