Booking and Paying

Members wishing to go on a trip should fill in a booking form. These are available on the Trips table at the General Meetings. However, to reduce the congestion around the Trips table we encourage you to download a copy of the form and fill it in before you go to the meeting.

Visitors

If a trip has spare places available at the time of the General Meeting before the trip, non-u3a members may go on the trip. Any visitor may attend two u3a trips or meetings. After that they will be asked join the u3a before taking part in any further u3a activities.
